1. Understanding ClawTime’s Terms of Service for a Safe Experience

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. ClawTime uses Square to process payments securely for purchases, bookings, and memberships. By providing a payment method, you agree to pay for the Services or products selected, including applicable taxes and fees. All payments are non-refundable, except as provided in our Cancellation and Refund Policy (see Section 5).

 

Prices for Services and products are displayed on clawtime.com and are subject to change without notice. Availability of certain Services, such as game cards and party bookings may be limited.

 

ClawTime accepts credit and debit cards processed through Square. By submitting a payment, you agree to Square’s Terms of Service and authorize ClawTime to charge the payment method you provide.

 

ClawTimemay offer membership plans or subscriptions that provide access to exclusive benefits, discounts, and services. Membership terms, benefits, and fees will be outlined at the time of purchase and are subject to these Terms.

 

 

Game cards are non-refundable once purchased.

 

 

Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time through your account page or by contacting customer support. Refunds for memberships will be issued only if required by law.

 

 

Party and event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of all payments.

 

 

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in any conduct that disrupts or harms our Services, employees, or other customers, including abusive or disruptive behavior at the ClawTime location.

 

 

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on clawtime.com or in our arcade are owned by ClawTime or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

 

 

ClawTime is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience, but we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our Services, except as required by law. By using our Services, you agree to release ClawTime and its employees from any claims or liability arising out of your participation in any activities or use of our Services.
